What a Year Together Looks Like

这份工作有一半的乐趣在成交，另一半在这里：每周二晚上的大课、月底复盘时互相拆台、拿到奖励旅游时一起合影。

Half the joy of this work is closing a case. The other half is here: Tuesday night classes, arguing through the month-end review, and the group photo when the incentive trip comes through.

Product & Opportunity Class

在 City of Industry 办公室，线上同步 Zoom。内容包括产品细节、案例拆解、经验分享与财商教育。欢迎带朋友来听，不需要提前报名。

Held at the City of Industry office, with a simultaneous Zoom feed. Product detail, case breakdowns, field experience, and financial literacy. Bring a friend; no registration needed.

一对一带教

One-on-One Coaching

新人加入后至少 3 次一对一：产品、系统与佣金、执照准备。之后按需预约，随时可以约。

At least three sessions after someone joins: product, system and compensation, licensing prep. After that, book whenever you need one.

周三聚会培训

Wednesday Dinner & Training

每周三晚上在伙伴家里：5:00–7:00 聚餐，一桌家常菜，轻松交流；7:30–9:00 培训，知识分享、资源交流。新伙伴最容易在这张饭桌上和大家熟起来。

Wednesday evenings at a partner's home: dinner from 5:00 to 7:00, a home-style spread and easy conversation; training from 7:30 to 9:00, sharing knowledge and resources. It's where new partners get to know everyone fastest.

Team Review

看数字，也看没做成的单。哪张单卡在哪一步、哪个环节讲得不够清楚，摊开来讲。下个月的计划当场排出来。

We look at the numbers, and at the cases that didn't close: where each one stalled, which part wasn't explained well enough. Next month's plan gets built in the room.

表彰当季的业绩、进步与带教贡献。我们还设了"最快进步奖"，因为从 0 到 1 通常比从 10 到 11 难得多。

Recognizing production, improvement, and mentorship for the quarter. We also give a most-improved award, because going from zero to one is usually harder than ten to eleven.

年度大会 Convention

Annual Convention

全公司规模的年度会议。承保公司发布产品更新、公布年度业绩、表彰顶尖团队与个人。对新人来说，这是一次性看到整个行业规模的最好机会。很多人是在参加完第一次年会之后，才真正决定全职做这件事。

The company-wide annual meeting: carrier product updates, the year's results, and recognition for top teams and individuals. For newer partners it's the best single view of the scale of this business, and a lot of people decide to go full-time only after their first convention.

奖励旅游 Incentive Trip

Incentive Trips

达标的伙伴可以带一位家人同行，机票、酒店、餐饮全包。 Super Trip 6 天、Elite Trip 10 天，达到更高业绩标准还可升级头等舱。

Qualifiers bring a family member, with flights, hotels, and meals covered. The Super Trip runs six days and the Elite Trip ten, with a first-class upgrade at a higher production level.

我们一直觉得"可以带一个人"这条设计得很好，因为真正支撑一个人熬过前六个月的，往往是家里那个人。

We've always thought the guest provision is the best part of the design, because the person who gets someone through the first six months is usually the one at home.
